Being healthy and low-risk through nutrition and exercise will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy and recover more quickly postpartum.

Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. Build a great foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Read the 50+ page workbook cover to cover, or use it as a reference. This is a hands-on, engaging class that will have a lot of floor time.

Please dress comfortably and be prepared to move! Class taught by Kat Chronis, registered nurse, certified childbirth educator, and co-owner of Creekside Music & Naturals
