Event Description:
Eco Printing is contact printing plants onto fabric. For anyone that is interested in learning this interesting and creative textile technique using leaves from your garden and/or local florist. You will learn the tools, safety, equipment and bundling techniques that will get you started in this exciting media. For this class we will be using protein fibers (Silk scarves) Each student will create two 14X70 silk scarves using two different processing techniques. I will email registrants a list of common supplies to bring to the workshop.
