Learn how to keep your spine strong and moving well to feel better, support all your activities, and reduce your risk of injury.
We will be utilizing kettlebells, body weight movement, and things found around the house to help you build your strength to allow you to perform everyday activities with greater ease and with better strength. We will incorporate not only strengthening for the spine, hips, and shoulders, but also mobility work which most men desperately need and leave out of "core routines."
